With the backdrop laid by Brooklyn producer Rubirosa (Troy Ave, Tory Lanez, Creative Gold), The Rapfest unveils Series 13, taking their talents to California’s Bay Area, where Oakland MC Lil Debbie shows of some of her braggadocios bars. Next up is Brooklyn’s own Mr. Exquire, who brings his unique grittiness to the forefront. Wrapping things up is Philadelphia wordplay legend Gillie Da Kid, letting it be known that the city of Brotherly Love is still home of the some of the best spitters.
